Michael Theodore - vocals-bio
An award winning singer/songwriter, Michael Theodore has carved a name for himself as an energetic, enthusiastic entertainer as well as an extraordinary ‘crowd pleaser’. He has also developed into a prolific songwriter who can take his audience on a journey through soul-searching heartache or craft a story about hope, optimism and life experiences. The ‘top honours’ placing, in The Indie International Songwriting Contest, of his reflective song, ‘In Stride’, and the 2nd Place finish of 'Leaving Familiar', in the same contest, is further testimony to his undeniable writing talent. 'Leaving Familiar' was also a finalist in the well respected and highly regarded International Songwriting Competition!! What seems to be 'familiar' for Michael is his evergrowing popularity combined with the ongoing recognition of his songwriting abilities!
Charlie Cooley - drums-bio
He has performed and/or recorded with such artists as: Leonard Cohen, K.D. Lang, The Guess Who, Heillig Manoeuvre, Amanda Marshall, Anne Murray, Randy Brecker, Kellylee Evans, Sass Jordan, Long John Baldry, Matt Dusk, and The Blues Brothers (musical director - Paul Shaffer)
Charlie is also a member of the Juno Award winning world beat jazz ensemble Manteca. Manteca has performed in many territories around the world including The North Sea Jazz Festival in the Netherlands (Holland), The Canadian Pavilion at Expo in Seville, Spain, The Aspen Jazz Festival, The Playboy Jazz Festival at The Hollywood Bowl and The Pori Jazz Festival in Finland.
Charlie has been the in-house drummer for many of Canada’s prime time television award shows such as The Juno Awards, The Canadian Songwriters Hall Of Fame Awards, The East Coast Music Awards, The Gemini Awards, The Canadian Country Music Awards, and the Canada Day Celebrations from Parliament Hill (CBC)
Wayne Deadder - electric guitar-bio
Wayne DeAdder is a "musician extraordinary" and a JUNO nominated songwriter. Wayne has contributed his inspirational talent to dozens of American and Canadian bands and solo artists. He has worked with the likes of Michael Pickett, Jeff Healey, David Wilcox, and Richard Bell (The Band, Bonnie Raitt), and written songs for two-time JUNO nominee Johnny Max Band, and Project 360, among others. He also toured in Europe in 2010 with the JUNO nominated band of an award winning singer and song writer Jimmy Bowskill.

Tom plays bass! He's played with with Corey Hart, Dan Hill and Cameo Blues Band, to name a few. His passion for excellence and his incredible musicality provide the perfect balance between groove and mood.
Brigham Phillips - keys-bio
Brigham has been a professional musician since 1975, and has been based in Toronto since 1981. During this time he has had the opportunity to work in most areas of the music business, as a performer, band leader, musical director, contractor, arranger, composer, and teacher/clinician.
Brigham’s strength is his versatility. He plays piano, keyboards, trumpet, valve trombone and euphonium, sings, and plays many styles of music -jazz/blues, big band/dance band, solo/cocktail piano, pop, light orchestral, dixieland, musical theatre, some ethnic, and sequenced computerized music, as well as composing and arranging in these styles.
Brigham was musical director for EMI recording artist John McDermott for 15 years, arranging and recording and playing keyboards. In 2006 he performed with John with The Irish Tenors in addition to John’s own shows. In March of 2009 he became musical director for David Clayton-Thomas of Blood, Sweat and Tears fame.and in February of 2010 he conducted the Toronto Symphony Orchestra with Clayton at Massey Hall in Toronto. He is also busy promoting his EMI (Bluenote) CD AND IT REALLY WAS (2002), featuring The Brigham Phillips Big Band. Brigham received a National Jazz Award as Producer of the Year for his work on this CD, which also garnered a 2002 Juno nomination.
Mike Borkosky - acoustic/electric guitar-bio
Mike is a musician and record producer based in Toronto, Canada.
As a musician, he's toured nationally and abroad with artists such as Melanie Doane, Alannah Myles, Carole Pope, Sass Jordan, Lee Aaron, Coney Hatch / Andy Curran, several Canadian Idol winners (does anyone ever really win?) and many others.
He's produced albums for illScarlett, Low Level Flight, Rex Goudie, Melanie Doane, Sabrina Whyatt, Alannah Myles, Second Hand Skulls, Olivia and the Creepy Crawlies, and many others.
He's also the guitarist and lead voice in a band called The Test Icicles. The band plays loads of corporate events, private shows and weddings each year, plus you can catch us at our regular club gigs at UG3 in Toronto and Royal Electric in Guelph.
